This is the front Entrance of Undavalli Cave. It has been dated to the 5th Century.  

This is the front entrance of the 5 storey cave-temple at Undavalli, in Andhra Pradesh. The cave temple contains a number of important sculptures, but perhaps most famously, there is a chamber containing a monumental sculpture of Vishnu Narayana.
